If you need to cancel a tutoring session, we encourage you to do so at least 24 hours in advance, even though all cancellations are free at ZÉR0 FAUTE.

To prepare for an in-home tutoring session

  1. ZÉR0 FAUTE expects an adult (someone over the age of 18) to be present on the premises for the entire duration of the tutoring session.
  2. There must be a clear path to the child’s home.
  3. Pets must be properly leashed and safely secured in an area away from the room where the tutoring session is taking place.
  4. In winter, ZÉR0 FAUTE expects that driveways and access paths be cleared of snow before a tutoring session takes place at the child’s home.
  5. A tutoring session lasts at least one hour.
