ZÉR0 FAUTE encourages each member of its team and each client to assimilate the following questions and answers :

ZÉR0 FAUTE primarily offers teaching support services (tutoring), as well as mentoring and proofreading or review services.

The needs that ZÉR0 FAUTE addresses in the educational community cannot be met by AI (artificial intelligence), because the human aspect is the foundation of all its services (i.e., the human is at the heart of its services).

This aspect requires us to ensure that customers feel listened to and respected, that they appreciate interactions with the tutorial team and that they benefit from customer service based on assertiveness, efficiency, responsiveness and the ZÉR0 FAUTE’s values.

They are white (for assertiveness), gold (for success), navy blue (for loyalty), and orange (for optimism).

At ZÉR0 FAUTE, staff members generally wear navy (paid jacket and polo shirt provided by the company) while performing their duties to mark their belonging to their academic support community.

Relearn and succeed (because tutoring is synonymous with repeat lessons)!

People before money (because people are more important than money)!

These are : tutoring services (70%); mentoring services (20%); and proofreading services (10%).

Tutoring is educational support support or catch-up course (allowing students to catch up on any academic delay).

The purpose of tutoring is not to provide temporary care or supervision of children, but rather to help them with their studies and the development of their academic skills.

A tutor’s time in a child’s home (or online) is sequenced, and their schedule may include off-peak hours (time between tutoring sessions when the tutor is not working and is not paid accordingly).

It should be noted that a tutor could, if necessary, provide temporary care or supervision of a child (at the child’s home), but on his or her own account, i.e. not on behalf of ZÉR0 FAUTE.

a) To provide the student with personalized support, appropriate to their developmental stage and consistent with their academic or educational path.

b) To prepare the student (to a certain extent) for what lies ahead, i.e., challenges at higher grade levels or cycles.

c) To improve their skills and/or address gaps in reading and/or arithmetic.

d) To help them develop good habits, skills, and attitudes related to their academic path.

e) To provide them with enhanced academic support, including collaborating with professionals/seeking our advice and obtaining written parental consent.

Mentoring primarily refers to the concepts of reciprocal learning, mutual knowledge exchange, and the establishment of caring and trusting relationships.

At ZÉR0 FAUTE, it (mentoring) essentially refers to the expression and transmission of a passion for the French language as well as for early childhood education.

The knowledge acquired through mentoring must be applied in everyday life.

This service involves identifying and correcting potential errors in a text or email with the aim of improving it.

However, if an English-speaking parent asks us to respond, in writing, to a French-speaking teacher, we will do so (if he parent really needs).

The tasks of a ZÉR0 FAUTE tutor essentially consist of supporting the student’s learning in a professional manner, that is, using the most appropriate approach to help them catch up on any potential delays.

The tutor performs his/her duties at the homes of children enrolled in the school tutoring service. The tutor can be a primary tutor or a substitute tutor. Tutors share their schedules with substitute tutors (if necessary).

The normal working hours of a tutor (during the school year) vary (between 3:50 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays, if necessary, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).

A ZÉR0 FAUTE tutor does not work without salary (for ZÉR0 FAUTE), but a portion his/her salary is tacitly reinvested in the community (in terms of management time and off-peak hours only).

ZÉR0 FAUTE has a system (a set of available resources) to promote academic excellence, but the company offers services or solutions that its system implements to meet specific needs. In short, ZÉR0 FAUTE has a system, but it isn’t one. Rather, it’s a << service >> (teaching support service).
