By contacting us beforehand ([email protected]), you can find out the applicable rates (depending on whether you reside in Orleans or not) as well as available time slots (before filling out the form).
2. FILL OUT THE FORM
We expect you to propose a start date (for example, September 2, 2026), a frequency or schedule (for example, Wednesdays, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.), and an end date (if known).
3. AS THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS APPROACH
We expect you to propose a new schedule, as the tutoring service can be provided at any time of day during school holidays (including mornings), even though the number of available tutors is more limited during that period. Please note that priority is given to families whose children have already participated in ZÉR0 FAUTE tutoring sessions (as spots are limited).
4. TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE SERVICE, OR TO CANCEL A TUTORING SESSION
If you wish to suspend or terminate the service, or cancel a tutoring session, you may do so at any without penalty or the need for justification by contacting us ([email protected]). You will always have the option to re-enroll your child at any time, subject to his/her age and the availability of a spot.
5. AVAILABILITY OF THE TUTORING SERVICE (AT ZÉR0 FAUTE)
The tutoring service is available year-round (from January to December), although ZÉR0 FAUTE operates at a reduced pace during the summer (with some tutors on leave or working reduced hours). The service is provided continuously, even though demand may be intermittent.
We send you fewer and fewer messages, because we know that you are families who are just as busy as we are.
In conclusion, it is an excellent idea to contact us in May (or before the summer holidays) and in August (before the start of the school year) to let us know your preferred or desired time slots.
